I haven't spoken a word to Mat ever since my encounter with Liz that morning. I believed that my friend, one of my best friends, had bad intentions and I hesitated to believe the good in her. I'm ashamed to be called her close friend when I had doubted her, shouted at her, and turned her away. We're approaching towards the end of the second week in England and the weather has been nice to us. We've visited a lot of places; we went to Bath to see a Roman bath-house, spent a little more than a week in Cornwall and saw St. Ives where a lot of seagulls pounced at people's Cornish pasties and bread.

I look at the newly bought cocktail cabinet, happy and proud at this superb bargain hunt; it's genuinely from early 1900 probably made in France, perhaps England? The shower rains water down my head, trailing down my hair, streaming down my shoulders, my stomach, my legs and at last, down the plug-hole. I am hidden just beside the doorway, peeking at Jung-Min. He doesn't see me; he is too focussed at whatever he is looking at in his wallet.
